What to expect after 30 days of coaching.
I suppose this is the part where I insert the disclaimer here that results may vary, so here it is folks. Results may vary, for it’s the client that is creative, resourceful and putting in all the work. But I have to say, something magical happens when you take the leap and invest your time and money into professional coaching. Your intentions are clear (we set three goals), it’s almost like God (the universe) has been waiting this entire time for you to say, “Alright, I’m ready! OWL do it!
The world is waiting for you to share your superpowers, and when you finally do, you can almost feel the earth move as it redirects you to where you were always destined to go. Now I’m not saying the pandemic is a direct result of me hiring a life coach in February…but I will attest that the world opened up room for me to laugh with my new love, learn at ALL the coaching schools, and get empowered to provide professional coaching that evokes transformation, again.
Yes again, because this isn’t the first time I’ve hired a coach. Six years ago I hired my first life coach which completely changed my life. It took longer than 30 days to decide to walk away from a career and community I loved, but something shifted when I hired the life coach, and a year later I decided to laugh at my own jokes, learn how to get divorced, sell a CrossFit gym, move to the Big Apple, find a new career, and empower myself to rewrite my story to reflect my values and higher purpose.
Again, the disclaimer. I’m not claiming my results to be typical, i.e. most coaching engagements don’t triggers divorces or occur during a pandemic, but I can say with absolute certainty, God (the universe) is ready for you to share your superpowers with the world. As I sit and reflect on my new cohort of clients and the shifts that have taken place in their world in the last 30 days, it’s pretty freaking OWL-standing!
To begin the month living in a gray area of uncertainty, only to wake up 30 days later with a clear path, more insight and awareness, even more money! Yes, that’s right, all of them have boldly asked for more money or in some cases, invited people to purchase a product for the first time. At the end of the first 30 days of coaching, my clients have received 3.5 hours of coaching, including their initial clarity call where we get clear on your intentions and set three goals. So what’s so magically about these 3.5 hours? OWL give you a hint, most of the magic takes place in the other 716.5 hours.
What the coaching relationship calls forward, i.e. the magic it offers, is the courageous space for the client to begin to approach their life with curiosity, interest, power, creativity, and choice. I could talk more about all the great things that happen during these initial 3.5 hours, but you’re better off experiencing it for yourself!
