Playing Big with Failure

As your coach, I come to each call ready to play BIG! As a client, you should expect nothing less. Playing big also means failure is inevitable. I promise you I will occasionally fail. Secretly I can’t wait for the moment this happens. My failure to ‘get it right’, gives you permission to laugh, learn, and get empowered to go out and play big and fail too!

When I first started coaching, I wasn’t quite ready to risk the coach/client relationship and whip out my Wonder Woman lasso of truth. The problem with the truth is that it will set you free, but first, it will piss you right off.   

The truth is, coaches can’t take their clients somewhere they’re not willing to go themselves, and in that moment, I wasn’t ready to hold myself as naturally creative & resourceful, I resisted dancing in the moment; I forgot to bring my superpowers to the coaching call.

The truth is, I failed so beautifully in that moment, my client got empowered to go out and play big (and fail) without me! Failure is inevitable, but I know how creative & resourceful she truly is, as am I. You are naturally creative and resourceful too.
