Happy 4th Birthday OWL!
Whooo knew an impulsive decision to launch a coaching business on January 26, 2020 would have led to the leadership quest of a lifetime—becoming (and loving) my authentic self. More importantly, getting paid for just BEing me!

The OWL Experience is like winning the lottery of life coaching, leadership development, personal development, spiritual development, parenting your child (and inner child) by design--whatever it is, OWL either deliver it or connect you to it!
My first year in business, I built my solid foundation in education to obtain certifications, attended OWL the workshops, read OWL the books, learned from OWL industry-leading peers I met throughout my research and courses, and of course partnered with individuals and organizations to deliver kick-ass coaching!
My second year in business, I celebrated earning my ICF and CTI certifications, discovered human design, had two hospital visits for mental health, looked my grandmother in the eye while she transitioned out of this life, healed myself through human design and attitude breathing, and moved my family and business to Knoxville, TN. It was here where the leaps in learning and SOARing into success really started to take off. And it looked a whole lot like doing nothing…nothing but trusting that the next step will reveal itself!
My third year in business, I celebrated reaching my 2023 business goals in mid-January (oops!), became President of FemCity Knoxville, coached over 300 executive leaders from various levels and sectors around the world, and accidentally made more money than I forecasted, landing me in the 1% of coaches according to ICF data. After spending decades celebrating only have 1% battery charge on my phone, and telling everyone it’s OWLways been my dream to be a 1%er (insert that joke nailing it every single time here), this time it works in my favor :) Just over here manifesting my 1% dreams y’all!
Surrendering to the way things want to unfold. Building a business only doing things that light me up (minus taxes, that’s required). Aligning my energy. Waiting to respond. This has OWLways been my recipe for success. Only success felt like it came easier last time…hence the Leadership Quest this business has brought me on.
My fourth year in business, I like to think I’ve OWLficially learned how to SOAR into the suck and EMBRACE witnessing it OWL unfold before my eyes again! Yes, again. Because I forgot how to trust that after I got divorced, went through a bitter sale of my business, and struggled to bounce back into something that I felt comfortable doing—being myself! Loving being whooo I am, trusting that whoooo I am is enough…more importantly, knowing whooo I am—how I’m designed to operate— before people started telling me what I was not or should work to become…
