K-Z Fitness Challenge

When two former gym owners and life-long athletes team up, it OWL-ways makes sense to kick off the school year with a fitness challenge! And if I’m being honest, this life-long athlete could use a good challenge to get motivated again.

As a teacher, I put on 10lbs every year for six years. I tipped the scale at 200lbs and was out of breath after walking up 3 flights of stairs to meet with my principal when I walked into my first CrossFit gym and was “challenged” to sign up for a 3 day a week class called On Ramp. These workouts were hard, but developing the inner game required to beat my food addiction was even harder, which is why our first 3 day challenge is focused on THE INNER GAME!

If you’ve got some fitness goals to crush and want the added benefit of a supportive community, join me and Ziz next week and give your inner health and fitness the challenge it needs to level up! It’s a busy time of year for parents and educators, which is why we’ve made it OWL-standingly simple to participate in this challenge.
